This visit I was mostly highly satisfied. The sales staff look forward to my monthly visits. I appreciate their help in finding what I need.

Many of the items I wanted to purchase were not in stock.

I was told when I made my $350 purchase that I could return a necklace that had been purchased for me last Christmas. The chain had broken. When I returned with the purchase the next day as I was told I had another sales person that said it broke because of wear and tear and that it was not a manufactorers defect. My daughter-in-law and I purchase many Pandora items yearly. It has been our "go to" place to shop for each other. WE were both very disappointed by this and probably will not shop at the Deerfield location in the future.

I was able to easily get what I wanted. Payment was easy. Sales person put gifts together nicely.

The sales associate was nice and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my $10 coupon from a previous purchase which took awhile to fix. One item I purchased in store doesn’t look like it does in store.

The person waiting on us was not very friendly, didn’t know how to do a charge . I tried to look at another ring and she looked at one box and said they didn’t have it in my size - didn’t care to look any other place . Just not very knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied. But I came in for one item. Asked for the item and received it just discontinued the other item I was looking for.

Price is way too high
