The staff was not pushy and trying to sell you everything under the sun. Staff did not rush me with my decision.

Suppose to open at 10am, staff did not get there till 10:15 then was told it would be another half hour till they open the store!

I’ve been to numerous Pandora shops including abroad, and I have never experienced anyone not allowing me to have a full tray set out in front of me. I wasn’t allowed to touch anything. It was like point to what you think you might like. When I asked her what this was about, she replied it’s been this way since I’ve been working here a year and a half. I was just there about a month ago with my mom when she made her purchase and was not treated this way. I never want to be one who involves race but if this is store policy, then you all need to adhere strongly across the board, every person and every time. This was an eyebrow raising situation for me. She was polite though.
