The Deer Park store in Kildeer IL is my favorite store because the women are really friendly and helpful in there. Its a beautiful store, and they never make me wait too long. The girls are very helpful in finding my perfect size bracelet. This is why I love pandora, the bracelets sizing gets the perfect fit. The pandora clasp is the best,and overall quality is excellent. I would like to see more charms without CZ. I prefer the full silver and rose gold charms without the cubic zirconia. More animals please!! I am a fan of the bangles and the woven leather bracelets, I find the snake chains pinch my skin. I would also like to see more vegan type bracelets created similar to the leather. The cord friendship bracelets are a flimsy try, they don't hold up to what bracelets go through. The colored enamel oval bracelets were boring , I know you can come up with something more interesting than that.

I was slightly past the return deadline because my husband purchased an anniversary gift a few weeks before our anniversary. Because the item was still stocked and clearly unworn, the associate cheerful made an exception to exchange for size. The store was pretty empty and she also spent time with me to “play with” and try on other rings. It was fun and she was a delight.

The staff very friendly and very knowledgeable, helped me picked a new bracelet and charms in rose gold. I liked that the store has natural light coming though the windows, unlike the ones at the Malls. Was very happy overall - love my new and 2nd Pandora bracelet!!!

I'm starting my second bracelet and I wanted to do black and white. You only have like one black Morono charm and a couple of choices in white. I'm very disappointed about this. I was told you used to carry more black and white charms but no longer do.

I was looking for a gift for a best friend's 50th birthday. Barb was helpful with options, explaining selections, answering my questions, and assembled the bracelet /charms / etc as U was designing to confirm the look I was trying to achieve. I am excited about the gift. Simple but amazing mix of rose gold and silver.

The sales staff was extremely helpful & made good suggestions based on what I told them I was looking for. In the last five years I have purchased many gifts at Pandora, usually at the Deer Park location, and have never had a bad experience.
