Initially, I wasn’t sure about service because I’d gone at a busy time, and didn’t realize I had to sign in for a clerk. But there were sufficient sales associates to assist everyone. I was able to easily look through the displays and the sale catalog while I had a short wait. Also, a supervising associate was checking on names and matching to those waiting to assure them they would be getting service quickly. My associate, Annie, was very helpful in choosing a gift in the price range I was trying to stay with, esp. with so many choices.

As a sales professional myself, I always make sure I have a clear goal in mind before I enter any store. My sales consultant Annie was very friendly and asked questions about my needs to help me achieve my goal. She was professional and helpful, found what I was looking for right away, and earned my trust through her knowledge and efficient execution of the sales process. I purchased two bracelets and two charms. While the store was crowded because of the sale ending that day, staff worked quickly but without making me feel rushed.
