The sales associate we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She listened to what we were looking for, and pulled out several options that fit in perfectly with what we had told her. I was pleased to learn that the store has a database that lists all of our purchases, as these charms were a gift for a bracelet we started for my niece when she was born so after 5 years it's hard to remember what we have purchased.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner. As it turned out the sales girl knew my daughter, and was able to give amazing suggestions based on knowing her. I feel even if she didnt know her she qould have found charms that would have fit her. I did not know she knew my daughter as well as she seemed. She was very helpful!
