Gretchen was absolutely wonderful!!! I came in to find meaningful Pandora charms for my granddaughter's high school graduation without a clue what to choose. Gretchen asked where my granddaughter would attend college, and when told, she immediately knew the college's hallmark symbol (an anchor) and colors... she produced an adorable anchor charm and two tossles in the college's colors. PERFECT, and my granddaughter was THRILLED when she opened this memorable and meaningful gift. Thanks, Gretchen!

I went to Brighton for assistance with a bracelet and the salesperson was so rude to me that I simply left the store. I went to Pandora and Gretchen was more than happy to assist me. She was extremely helpful and kind. I will NEVER go to Brighton again, and am now a huge Pandora fan!

Love the charms

The associate, Vic, was so friendly and supportive. She even had someone take the display ring off for me since it was the last one in my size. The store is beautiful and as we were telling Vic, I have 15 full Pandora bracelets myself. My hubby and I were shopping for 2 granddaughter’s and our niece.

Gretchen was very sweet and checked in on us often. She was relateable and made us feel good about our time in the store. Barb REALLY went above and beyond cleaning some very dirty jewelry including earrings. We were shocked when we saw how she restored the beauty of the pieces. Everything looks new. We were extremely pleased.

I had a great experience with Lauren who provided insight onto the benefits of each ring and was very patient and understanding to our wants. I loved all of the pandora products and the process was timely and had great purchases. We were very happy with our visit.
