I was immediately greeted when I entered the store. The sales associate was very helpful and offered different options and great assistance.

I like the intimate setting of the Pandora Deer Park Store. The Sales Associates are very friendly, patient and main concern is satisfying the customer. This is my preferred location. I live near your Wood Field Mall location, but that one is always crazy busy.

When I went in I was immediatly greeted. The employee who helped me, cared about what I wanted and made sure I got what I wanted. The selection was large and had many options to choose.

The customer service was great. I did a return/exchange for a gift and I receive fast service. They were also friendly

I had never been in a Pandora store before. My daughter wanted to get a charm bracelet for me for my bday. But because she is 11 yrs old, she can't purchase by herself. I went into the store and explained what we wanted to do. Then I left (so the charms could be a surprise on my bday). When I left her in the store, the associates helped her perfectly. It was such a great experience!

I had a great experience shopping at the store. My sales associate and her manager were such a great help in designing a look for my bracelet. It was fun to pick out the charms!

the sales person was very helpful. Jazsmin noticed my jewelry ,asked if its by Pandora and right away offered to clean for us while we wait and shop. She also gave recomendations and showed me whatever i had my eye on.

I was highly satisfied because of the helpful assistants in the store. They greeted me and proceeded to help me find my ring size. The merchandise I purchased was in very nice condition.

The staff member I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. The rings I bought are beautiful and great quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is a free cleaning service for all jewelry.
