I came in because of the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free Charm" Sale with the intention on purchasing 1 specific charm as a gift and then hoping to find 2 other charms to build onto my bracelet. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my bracelet other than I wanted to mix metals. Skye was very helpful in helping me pick charms to add and compliment my current bracelet. Now it's exactly what I've always wanted it to be, thanks to her suggestions. I ended up walking away with the 1 charm I wanted to gift someone and 5 charms to myself. I was very pleased with Skye and the sale I was able to get!

I am satisfied but not planning to get more charms for awhile until I am ready.

I had a ring that I really loved suddenly break. I went to the store and the wonderful staff was able to damage out the ring and give me a replacement - yay! I was very pleased! Thank you, Pandora!

The ladies was very nice and friendly and helped me look for charms.

I visited this Pandora store last holiday season and did not enjoy my visit. I was hesitant with this latest visit & I warned my husband that we may be there a long time. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in, were instantly acknowledged and Barb's total focus was making my shopping experience pleasant. One thing I didnt understand was that it was extremely hot out and they had the door propped open? Waste of energy!
