The sales associates were very helpful with helping me pick out charms for both myself and as a gift for someone. They showed me several different options and gave great suggestions on how to build bracelets. The recipient of the bracelet was thrilled with what I gave her and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The girls in the store were very helpful and efficient. One cleaned the jewelry I had brought in, while the other helped me look at merchandise. They were very friendly and happy to help.

The lady who helped me was super helpful with the earrings I needed to find. She gave me plenty of recommendations based off the information I gave for what I wanted for the present. She also helped me with suggestions for my next visit.

The stars associates were very pleasant and helpful. That is one of the most important traits indicating whether I will purchase from, or return to, the store in the future. The store was very clean and inviting. I do plant on making additional purchases for the upcoming holidays as a result of my experience.

Easy shopping experience, was able to find what I was looking for.

The sales associate worked with my daughter before I came into the store so that my daughter could select charms that she wanted for her birthday. After my daughter made her selections I came into the store with a list. The associate remembered my daughter and pulled her selected charms promptly. She was patient when I wanted to look around a bit more prior to making my final purchase.
