very competent and friendly sales staff!! Good value. Found exactly what I was looking for

Perla H., the salesperson is very nice and knowledgeable. I did make a purchase. However, I'm disappointed that Pandora is not making more charms in black and white. I started my second bracelet with the intention of a black and white theme. Pandora has a limited supply of these colors in its offerings. I was told Pandora used to carry a larger selection of these two colors in the past.

The sales staff is helpful. The location is convenient. Jewelry is easily viewed.

The first sales person was ok & knowledgeable. However, the second who assisted was excellent. She also took time to introduce us to the new merchandise, without pushing.

The store was fast. The associates were friendly. They were extremely helpful in the decision making process.

The people at Pandora were very friendly and happy to help. The person helping me showed me a variety of items that are similar so I could so other types which I liked. Also, she made sure to let us know about sales which was very nice!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She wasn't overbearing at all. What a pleasant experience as I bought a ring for my 16 year old niece's birthday. SO fun!
