When we first walked in, we were greeted right away which was first nice and welcoming. Skyler asked what we were looking for and we explained why we came into the store. She helped us find the perfect necklace. She was so nice and extremely helpful.

The sales person was very patient with us while picking out the rings. The staff was very friendly and made conversation. They were also very knowledgeable on their items.

Veronika assisted me and i bought more than i planned on...great salesperson.

I received a Essence necklace for Christmas from my husband. I have worn the necklace a total of 5 times. When I took it out of my jewelry box, it was kinked. Skyler listened to my dissatisfaction and tried to bend the necklace back into shape. It did not look like it was working. She asked Veronica to assist and they returned the necklace as damaged as issued me a replacement. They kindly reminded me to have my jewelry cleaned as it is a free service for Pandora jewelry.

Veronika was so helpful and very nice. Took the time to show me many different rings.
