I went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. The sales associate was incredibly nice and helpful - telling to look at each of the charms to see if there was one I liked better since they are hand painted. He was also very sweet with reminding me to bring in my bracelets for a cleaning when I’m there shopping (I didn’t have any jewelry on)

I have purchased many items for myself as well as many gifts for my favorite people! My last visit however was for help with my bracelets. I wear six bracelets as my everyday jewelry. I was on a European cruise and all of my Pandora bracelets turned grey, probable from the salt water pool. I came in to the store in a panic and the girls could not have m=been more helpful! I left with my bracelets looking brand new! Thank You!

I noticed that all employees in the Deer Park, IL. store are friendly and smiling to all customers which is something other locations lack terribly. So whatever you’re doing in the Deer Park store keep on doing cause it’s working!!
