I forgot the name of the sales associate but she was extremely helpful. I had gone in at this time to look for a gift for my boyfriends mom and was completely clueless and she helped me a lot. She also helped my BF for my birthday too.

Everything was great, super nice and caring associate. Only disappointment is that they changed the packaging. I like the box display better then charm wrapped in tissue and slipped into an envelope looking “box”.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They helped us choose a gift for two occasions, even though when we walked in we are only interested in one. Loved the experience!!!
