I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and was offered to clean my bracelet. I was shown exactly what I was wanted for a gift.

The salesperson was really nice and showed me different charms to help me choose the right gift.

The associate was very knowledgable and was giving her honest opinion and not just trying to be fakely nice. She was also very quick to help us look at rings. Great, quick service!!

I LOVE how you are greeted when you walk in the door. Of course, I'm there alot so they know me. If there is not someone to help you with-in 30 seconds, they make SURE you will be taken care of as soon a possible.
