Pandora Jewelry

The Deer Park store is small and at times difficult to move around in. That said, the staff has always been great, the merchandise is nice and reasonable. My wife and two girls love Pandora.

Susana saved my Pandora bracelet! I brought in my bracelets and charms that had been damaged from using a jewelry cleaner that was bad (not purchased at Pandora)! Susana spent the time to scrub and buff and make it shine again. I was thinking I might have to throw away all of my Pandora memories. Susana really, really went above and beyond. I ended up purchasing another bracelet to put all of my now sparkly charms on. I so appreciate the time and patience she spent with me.

I have been to other Pandora’s but the sales people here are very nice. I was there one other time in the summer and they were very helpful at that time also. It’s very easy to go shopping there instead of inside malls.

It was a very busy day, and I had the opportunity to observe the associate with other customers before my turn, and she did an excellent job handling some difficult people.

The staff are always helpful and super nice. I enjoy talking to the staff and looking at the nice jewelry selection they have.
