I called and talked to Patty. She told me the store would open at 12. I came over and parked in front. I had pictures of the first necklace i wanted. She came out all geared up with mask and gloves. Looked at the picture on my phone and went and got it. Then i decided i also wanted a bracelet i saw. Couldn’t find the picture, but described it to her. She brought out pictures of five bracelets. I pointed to the one i wanted and she went and got it. She took my credit card, brought my receipt and two beautiful bags. I always use Pandora for my 16 year old granddaughter and will continue Patty was great

The associate that assisted me, I believe his name was Jonathan, was amazing. I had called right when they had gotten in as I didn’t know the store hours. He had mention that they were in the middle of opening procedures and offered to look for my items then. I called back at then opening time and he was very patient as I was looking for 3 items. He put me on brief holds while looking for my items and made the shopping experience over the phone enjoyable. When it was time to do my curbside pick up, the young lady was very welcoming and cheerful during our interaction, even though it wasn’t the normal closing the sale interaction. I will defiantly be back as this was the best customer service I’ve had at this location.

I was greeted by 3 staff members. They were eager to help and show me earrings for two gifts that I needed. I do wish that I was shown hoop earrings. For some reason that didn't come up or was shown to me. Thou I do like what I bought.
