Excellent Customer Service!

Patty C (177790) assistant manager was amazing. My mom who is 92 Pandora had stretched and needed to get her a new one. Patty was so helpful, and she was very cognizant of COVID making sure only so many people were in the store and cleaning everything down in between. I was very impressed. She showed me sale items that I ended up buying. She was so knowledgeable and patient. I will refer everyone to her store and her. She created for me a wonder customer experience!

This place have very nice warmth of charm with very good staff. Lot of varieties choies. They also wrap the gift ready to go!

The associates were respectful and polite while in store and did not rush you on a purchase even though there was a line of people waiting outside to get in. They kept everyone safe by requiring a mask and limited number of people in store to 5 including the associates, this was very appreciated during this time to keep everyone safe.

The sales associate was very friendly and anxious to help me find the perfect charm. It is a gift for a new mother. He showed me the selection of charms that are for boy babies, as well as non-gender baby charms.

Because the sales person was very helpful and even tho we took our time he smiled the entire time and gave us options and advices on what would be better and my niece and I were very happy with what we bought.

I did not receive a return call to know when the store was closing; when I got there the store was closed but thankfully the manager was nice enough to accommodate me and my needs. She was very helpful even though I spent much more than I wanted. Patty was very helpful and did not rush me through my shopping experience one bit.
