Patty the salesman was very very helpful and friendly and professional

I felt very safe that the store required face masks to be worn AND the Pandora Staff also wore masks. The place was beyond clean and I felt that I was not at risk. I think the employees at this particular store go above and beyond for their customers.

First of all, the store had just closed for the day but sales lady was nice enough to let me in for my purchase.

I ordered a ring online and had to exchange it for a bigger size. I called the store to check if they have it, Theresa was so nice to check their inventory and even though she saw in the system they didnt have that size. She double checked to make sure and found the size im looking for. When i came in Theresa was assisting a customer so another lady helped me. She was also very helpful and offered to clean my bracelets eventhough they were closing in 10 mins. Both staff were very helpful and nice. I would recommen going to this store in Deerpark.

The girl that was helping us was very nice and patience. She took the time to help me and my sister. She did a very good dog making sure everything was clean. She gave us advice on rings . Whenever I go I always feel like I am bothering the associate but I did not feel that from her. She had no problem letting us know the prices of the rings. I will definitely be going back to this location.
