I was one of 2 customers in the store, the staff wore masks and while 6 ft. apart was not possible during the presentation, I felt comfortable. There were bottles of sanitizer on each counter for use. The staff also did not bring whole trays out for inspection, but laid individual charms out. The sign says they clean the charms after each visit but I did not witness this. the salesperson was friendly and offered suggestions to assist with finding just the right charms for the gift I was purchasing.

The store manager (Teresa) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most importantly in this day and age, she was cognizant of the need to protect the health of co-workers and customers by wearing a mask, cleaning the counter top between customers, and limiting the amount of customers allowed in the store at a time.

Teresa H. (197743), the Sales Consultant made my experience at Pandora phenomenal. She asked what I was looking for, listened to me and then guided me to a beautiful gift for my sister-in-law. She was very friendly and put together a beautiful gift bag for me. She is awesome! Great addition to that store!

Sales associate was very friendly. I did not have to wait. Sales associate knew exactly where to find what I was looking for.
