Classic amazing visit as always. Prompt and knowledgeable assistance. Showed me everything I asked to see. This comment is not a reflection on the store and my experience: I’ve been buying Pandora jewelry for well over a decade. The merchandise has drastically gone downhill over time. Bringing back some of the items the company has eliminated would be a wise decision. I feel like the jewelry isn’t as special and unique as it used to be.

The sales associate was friendly and greeted me promptly. She is the store manager. I specifically asked about purchasing a certain necklace and she was able to provide me the opportunity to look at it right away . I asked about Disney charms and she showed me the the ones I was asking about. I asked about items on sale and she showed me the “last chance” tray. She also offered the Pandora credit card. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked about employment opportunities and she gave me an application. Great experience. She also mentioned this survey and I already know what my next purchase will be. Thank you. Also, I did purchase the necklace I specifically inquired about.

The sales lady Vanessa is so professional and nice. I was very happy with everything what she did propose to me. I was looking for the gift for my granddaughter. And I am very sure my granddaughter will like it. Thanks a lot for perfect job

Hannah was awesome! She was really helpful in helping us finding the perfect fitting for our gift. She was really patient with us and offered a lot of feedback which we really appreciated.

This was my second visit to Pandora for the same gift as I chose a ME bracelet & charms for my niece but the bracelet didn’t fit. The associates were very friendly, I knew I couldn’t return the original bracelet because it was a final sale but Hannah was very helpful on the first visit discussing alternatives which ultimately made the second visit really quick!

My sales associate Teresa was AMAZING! super kind and sweet. She was very helpful from start to finish. Once I asked about the 50% select styles sale for rings she found me the perfect one. I loved everything I chose today, but without her I wouldn’t have made up my mind for days!
