I was kinda nervous about trying a new pandora that i haven’t visited. And it ended up being a friendly environment where the staff helped me pick out merchandise.

The sales associates at the Deer Park, IL store are so outgoing, friendly and helpful! We love coming in to see them and sharing stories about the best Pandora items. They make the experience so nice!

The staff was was friendly and the speed of service was great. I appreciated the knowledge of the staff being able to answer my questions thoroughly and even provided suggestions for additional items.

Teresa was so helpful with my purchase. She also helped organize my bracelet. She made great suggestions on charms. She was so pleasant.

Grace K. was so lovely! She had so much knowledge about rings and was so kind! She was also very patient with me and my family members as we took awhile to decide between all of the selections in store!
