The employees did an amazing job getting me the charms and rings I wanted. Also the bangle. It was very very clean. They was also nice. I will definitely keep going.

Ordered my bracelet on line and when I tried it on it was to small I then returned it to the Pandora store at the Holyoke Mall in Mass for a larger size and had no problem was very satisfied. Will definitely be ordering again .

The sales person Frances V/No.161778 was friendly, attentive, listened to what I was looking for and offered a variety of items for me to try on. She made my experience memorable and I’ll be back to buy a gold karat spacer for my bracelet.

I was sold an item that wasn’t what I wanted or was told it was in color. But the associate exchanged it for me and was polite about it.
