I appreciated Isabelle’s kind and warm demeanor. She made me feel comfortable from the first moment we met. It was my first facial experience and she went above and beyond to explain everything she was doing and why.

Hand and Stone is a wonderful spa. I always have great service here and everyone is so friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I always look forward to my appointments.

Esthetician did extractions, which I needed. She listened to and respected the products I was currently using. She was very good at the massage portion.

Appointment started on time, therapist checked in twice regarding pressure, asked about problem areas and showed me stretches to help between appointments.

The massage was great and the ambience was great and the person giving the massage was great. I do wish the room had louder music in it, I could kind of hear the music from the hall but would have liked to hear it inside the room during my massage as well. It started a little late but not a big deal. It was a little expensive.

I was in need of some pain therapy in my neck and shoulders and Paul was excellent in helping with this. He had some very good tips for helping manage my neck pain as well.

I am always very satisfied with Shauna's skilled massage. The restroom was clean, beautiful, and well supplied. The only complaint I have is that I often have to wait over two months to get an appointment with her or hope someone cancels at a time that works for me.
