My therapist was very knowledgeable! Also, I felt really Great for days after my massage! Simply, one of the Best massages I ever have had!!

Ann was wonderful. Calming and soothing professional with lots of knowledge. Sam B was also so sweet checking in on me after my apt.

The ease of booking last minute was super helpful. The room and reception area were very welcoming. My massage therapist was good…would’ve like a little more pressure but overall very good.

I am always very happy with my respite time at H & S. Erica is beyond amazing with handling my bodies needs and is extremely knowledgeable and professional regarding my massage. Christina also extremely helpful in making it an amazing relaxing experience with a wonderful end result for both. Can't wait to come back.
