Amazing view

I won a contest for a stay at this hotel. it was easily the best hotel ive ever stayed in in my life. the room wasn't available when we got there at 4 so they have us free parking and drinks. the room was amazing and the view was perfect. I'd give anything to be able to afford the stay There again

I visited as part of a conference. All of the amenities were very nice. The fitness center could use a bit of an update but the spa was nice. The room was clean and every staff member had been very pleasant.

They should be more well versed with their loyalty program.

Attended annual Christmas party at this hotel. The location is spectacular, the food and event itself were great. My company is happy to return to this location year after year. The banquet staff were okay. They weren't friendly, but got the job done, so in that area we were neither satisfied or dissatisfied.

Room was very clean. But experience at the bar was lacking. Bar tender had to ask for our order multiple times. Seems like he was not quite on his game.

Clean the rooms first, then remodel them.
