The parking was horrible. The garage was incredibly steep and horrible as you entered. It gave no indication that I was about to get stuck in a dead end. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan helped guide me out. Good thing I wasn't in a minivan or large truck. Also, the wifi did not work.

Staff was rude, disinterested in working and and unprofessional. Van that goes downtown smelled to high heaven, had broken doors and was driven by a rude driver. Room felt damp and smelled and appeared to be mildewed... Walls and floors. Linens did not appear or feel clean... Not a good experience at all.
