The shop is clean and people work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the cost of diamond glow package went up so high. Not sure how long I will continue the membership with cost keep going up.

I come once a month to see Liz for my massage and I am always very satisfied with the service that I receive from her.

The only issue I had was with the fan noise in the second from last room on the left at this Blue Bell location. The noise was loud enough to drown out the music which helps to relax me. This excess noise was irritating and didn't allow me to fully relax.

From the beginning of my experience through to the end, the staff was courteous and polite. The entire time I felt welcome and special.

Our appointments are on time, and the amount of time spent with us is the full amount of time we would expect. The room is comfortable in temperature, and the music is relaxing. The massage therapist we have used our very personable and capable. The staff in the reception area are very helpful and available.

Everybody is always smiling and happy. i am called by name every time.

It was easy and I really needed it. Joined to have a monthly massage long overdue.

My massage therapist listened to my problem areas. She hit all the sore spots. I left feeling so much better.

Veronica was amazing. She worked on my specific areas perfectly! I came in with extreme pain and discomfort, but left feeling so much lighter. The days following I've still had the same relief with little to no pain. I recommended her to my mom who then booked her appointment with Veronica.
