Days Inn West Memphis

This location was great newly remodeled rooms comfortable beds excellent restaurant......BUT!!! I was stranded there for 2 days with no transportation due to break down the reason I chose this location was for all the amenities and stuff to do within walking distance and to look at this location for our future business travel. I was in dire need of a phone charger since your rooms are not equipped with USB ports for such.. I asked the day front clerk if I could get the shuttle to take me to the store next exit up (1-2) miles she laughed and said NO THE SHUTTLE IS FOR SCHNIEDER DRIVERS ONLY!!!! This is false!!!!!! As I was checking in she had called the shuttle driver on the phone and said someone from USA TRUCKING needed to be picked up as well as someone from the airport..... She rudely suggested a local cad company that would have cost $20 round trip for just several miles. Well I am rethinking where our Loves/Gemini/musket employees will be staying while in west Memphis.....

Very nice place for one night I would go again I think they could of done better cleaning the bathroom but it was a only one time that ever happen to me all the other times it was cleaner but very nice place

Much better looking on the inside than the outside.

There was construction going on in the room next to us. There was a sign banging back and forth outside the room and the cleaning lady woke us up early banging on the door. Needless to say we got little sleep. Not very likely to stay there ever again!
