My experience with Hand and Stone has been satisfactory to date. The staff there is always pleasant and welcoming. My spouse has also had the same experiences at this location!

The receptionist answered my questions. The appointment was on time. The massage therapist asked what area(s) I wanted him to focus on and was very professional.

My massage was very relaxing. Hannah at the front was very friendly and my therapist VanHan was wonderful! He does an excellent job and helps me to relax and feel better.

Everyone at the spa was very professional, kind, informative, patient, and overall wonderful. The area and spa it's self was very clean and comfortable. The esthetician took time to understand my concerns and give me a good facial to the needs of my face! Very happy!

My massage therapist and facial technician were wonderful. They were both very knowledgeable about their crafts and explained how I can help with my own self care. I will definitely be back.

Vahan is the best!!!! Not thrilled that the membership price keeps going up and up. It’s gone up $20 since I started.
