none of the glass cleaning buckets has more than a dribble of liquid. Useless

This is a BRAND NEW location. I expected the pumps to be fully functioning. I also have a new debit card, with a decent balance, so that was not the issue.... I was on a tight schedule at 7am, on my way to work, so the extra time to go inside and pre-pay was inconvenient. Not to mention I had to guess on how much to put in the tank and was not able to completely fill it.
