I walked in fairly clueless about what I was exactly looking for. I had a rough idea but needed a little nudge in the right direction. The 2 staff members I was greeted by wasted no time in assisting me and helped give me a much better understanding in what I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, they showed me many options for bed frames and mattresses and after deciding between a few great options I walked out having ordered everything I needed. Great, friendly customer service.

Lawrence knew his knowledge was eager to help but not pushy. Listened to me. Was patient with my son.

Friendly and professional member of staff dealt with me. I’m 27 and appreciate a good laugh, banter and a joke. The employee realised this and his personality soon suited mine and my friends personality. Had a good laugh whilst also never being anything but professional.

Michaela took the time to explain all the differences between the mattresses that were recommended by the sleep assessment machine. She then left us enough time and space to try each of them without us feeling pressured.

The salesperson was very helpful, as we were confused on what type of mattress we needed, but after using the bed analyser. We soon had an idea of what we needed
