Very helpful staff member. Showed us how to use the machine to find the perfect mattress. Talked us through the results without being pushy. Allowed us time to think on our own and no pressure to buy.

The lady who served us was really thorough and helpful, explained in detail all of the difference between mattresses, allowed us all the time we needed, and was very patient with our toddler grandson who was very bored! She gave him things to do, which then allowed us to concentrate on our decision and then the purchase. I couldn't rate her highly enough.
