She really helped me to find the right frame and mattress for me, not what was just the highest price, I did not feel pressured at all which made me more inclined to purchase - I originally went in for a bed frame but ended up buying a mattress too and this was entirely down to michaela. She is an asset to your company. I have already recommended the Lowestoft branch, and michaela in particular, to family

The 2 members of staff were very thorough with guiding us too our needs in the mattress. We were offered a cup of coffee within 2 minutes of entering the store. The friendliness was apparent from both members and their knowledge of the products was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions in the correct manner.

Staff were fab really helpful but not pushy. The electronic bed machine was really clever and made our decision a lot easier
