Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I always see Robin and she is amazing. However the reception staff always make me feel very welcome and appreciated. I regularly gift friends gift certificates for them to try Hand and Stone.

Harsha was amazing. He went over and beyond what I normally expect from an RMT massage. He was knowledgable and made sure I had all the extras (lots of warm towels, went the full hour even though we started late, etc).
