Firstly, the staff are generally approachable and knowledgeable. Secondly, ambience of the place is calm and refreshing....I like the minty massage oil. Thirdly, the area is safe and well positioned.

Waxing is reasonably priced and the technicians are good. Joseph and Rob (or is it Roger) were really good masseurs. Unfortunately, because they are so good, it’s hard to get an appt with them. Well worth the extra effort to book ahead so I get who I want.

The massage therapist is very knowledgable and I feel that the massage was effective in addressing my areas of concern. The value for money is good too and I like the location.

I have been to Hand and Stone in the past and was really satisfied so I wanted to come back and it was as good. My therapist was very good and was so caring. Signed up for the monthly promotion rate.

I look forward to coming in to hand and stone, it relaxes me even sitting in the waiting room, a very friendly place to visit and I always feel better when I leave!

I only said that I won't be back in the next while because I am out of the province. I will return when I visit again.
