Pretty good food and service. Very loud which is expected. Strange smell in there though

not as great an atmosphere as I expected

We love Dave and Buster's in Braintree!

It's a good place but needs more food choices for those with seafood and shellfish allergies.

The staff was decently friendly. It was very busy night. Machines for tokens worked well. My friend said her drink was good and strong.

I went to Dave and Busters with my significant other, and his son. We bought credit for $29. The credit we bought did not last us even ten minutes due to their broken machines. we had to swipe our card several times to get it working. After switching machines we realized we were already low on credit. The machines we're stealing our credit without letting us play. So we decided to let it go, after playing on a ticket spinning machine I won 150 tickets and they did not come out of the machine so I had to call a guy and at first he let me spin it and I got ten tickets and he was going to leave and I was like I won 150 tickets why am I not getting that. So we gave me 150 tickets after. After going to a few more machines we ran out of credit so I had to refill another $25 in our card. We decided to go to the giant machines with stuff animals. I let my partners son play then I played. When it was my partner play, we swiped our card three times and the machine did not work. Again I had to look for a worker. He got the machine to fix and my partners son took the game and I told him to kindly get off the machine so his father can play one round. The worker rudely stared me in the face with a dirty look and said why don't you let the kid play. I found this shocking and disrespectful as we try to teach my partners son about equality. Even though the worker gave all of us free bears I was very unsatisfied about the trip there. We expected to spend a lot of money but not because due to broken machines. This made us not spend nearly as much money as we would have. After getting spoken to like that from a worker that does not know what we try to teach my partners son, I don't think we will be going back to dave and busters. Mine as well stick to chuckie cheese.

The service was terrible! We were there for a bachelorette party - there were about 30 of us with one drink menu. When asked for another, the waitress said she "guessed" she could find another. The buffet was 'unlimited' - it was never restocked. The bartenders were incredibly rude. The drinks were expensive with minimal alcohol included. The bathrooms were trashed - toilet paper everywhere. Filthy. Games were fun but I will not return based on our experience. Not worth the price.

My food wasn't cooked well at all and they brought it back into the kitchen to cook again and then threw it on the same bun as before and it still wasn't cooked was basically given a raw burger. They also forgot about our appetizer so we didn't get it til after we got our food and said something. Worst food didn't even taste good. Waste of money
