Food portions very small. Drink was mixed very well. The bathrooms were out of toilet tissue. Had to use a seat cover. 6 of the ticket machines were out of order.

Service was horrible...2 members of our party didn't get their food until everyone else was finished with their food...manager came out and said food was coming out but we still waited over 15 minutes after that...service was a joke!!!

My sandwich was cold on the outside and barely warm in the inside. I told this to a manager who asked if she would like them to make another one. I declined as we had a young child with us and didn't wait additional wait time. I was disappointed to see that the manger didn't give any discount for the undesirable food. We wish there were more games for smaller children so the whole family can enjoy this place. C
