Some of staff not very friendly. Rooms look good. Bar servers understaffed.

A few issues included Not a single towel bar or ring in the bathroom Water glass tasted like soap and actually sudsed when filled The bar was understaffed

Staying for conference

Great location. Very clean.

It was nice

When the air conditioner was running we could not hear the tv. There were not many plugs to plug chargers into. We had to plug the iron in the socket that was in the bathroom because there were no sockets in the entry area of the room.

Construction was disruptive. Loved shuttle service to downtown. Front desk staff extra nice. May book here in future

Great meeting and service

Wifi was not useable. Small TV. Gym was lacking water. Small TV. Zero outlets for charging. Noisy hall ways near elevator.
