When I checked in, the front desk clerk had a disregard for my spire elite status...didn't make me feel welcome or special. Rest of the staff very friendly.

Overall good hotel...beds are comfortable and had a fridge & micro combo in the room which is a plus. I just prefer to stay downtown!

Hotel was clean..my room has a broken night stand and there was long hair stuck to bathroom walls. Room had bad smell. Rm 146

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Could use some brighter light in the rooms though. Ate at the restaurant one night... Food was not very good, too expensive for what you got and the service was lacking

Workout room needs to be upgraded. Manager and front desk were top notch.

Nice hotel but to expensive for a one night stay for what we got. Probably would not stay again.
