Excellent facility. Very friendly staff in the slot area. Their manager Jerry? Was great explaining how to operate the games. He helped us with our Bonus Rewards/Free play. I wouldn't have even known he was the manager if it wasn't for one of the employees at the cash out area. He was out there in the crowd with everyone else. If this is how your managers are then Belterra Park is moving in the right direction. One complaint. It took forever to get a drink. We ate at the buffet and the crab legs were the best. Just a great experience overall!

Good ace to visit

Great place for a casino.

Everything was great. I came to play a few games and ended up staying there for 5 hours. I met so many people but the one who stands out the most was a gentleman names Jerry. Jerry helped me locate my favorite game then proceeded to help me with my bonus rewards. He checked up on me several times. Great time!

Belterra park is my favorite gaming location, though they need to be consistent on staffing restroom attendants also the buffet seems to have nats buzzing around.

Awesome time. We didn't win any money but we had a great time. Slot boss Jerry took great care of us. We had a problem with downloading credits and he walked us through it. Jerry also checked up on us through out the night. We can't say enough about Jerry. He made our trip fun and exciting.
