Clean and friendly staff

We were told the room was 4999 they did not honor the price we were given online we got there the room had no bath towels when we asked for bath towels they didn't give them to them they delivered it to us taking 20 minutes therefore we were late taking showers in the morning. We stayed the night it was absolutely horrific another room decide to have a party screaming swearing and very vulgar language and fighting inside the room and outside the room we had a 10-year-old child my daughter did not need to listen to that the manager was very unaccommodating blaming us that we should've called the front office when it happened. All of us were afraid to get involved as due to the threats between the people fighting. We did not get any sleep we had to be at work early the next morning my daughter is an actress model she needed to be well rested for a photo shoot an audition the next day as we were not we were kept up all night long due to the fighting when we approach the manager about it they did nothing. Ohmi asked for the fresh told him they were delivered they had mold on the washcloths. This is by far the worst red roof Inn we have ever stayed at. All the other locations were absolutely amazing we definitely will never go back to this location
