Octavia was knowledgeable and very professional. the facial was excellent, and she used the appropriate products for my skin type and aspects.

Emma is absolutely amazing. The massages I get from her are the best I have ever experienced at any spa. I can tell a huge difference after I have seen her in my muscle tightness. I have had a membership for years because of her and can tell a difference from when I started coming to her and now. She has changed my life for the better!

Therapist took the time to explain the use of points vs using a package on an 80 minute massage. She addressed specific needs and areas during the massage. Very concerned about the correct amount of pressure used. Emma is a great asset for H&S.

The receptionists were all very friendly and are familiar with who I am, making my wait time minimal and easy to checkout. Emma, my therapist, is very friendly so knowledgeable as to how to treat my specific needs for this particular visit. She always has time to discuss my situation and is in constant communication during my visit.
