Picking a seat in advance of the movie was new to me and the screen at customer service didn't work. It would be nice to have a touchscreen to select.

I love that I can pick my seats before the show so I don't have to get there thirty minutes before the movie starts

another great experience in the AMC prime theater with a massive screen. but its the sound quality and subwoofers in the seats that have me coming back. overall amc still has alot of quality control issues but prime theater are great. wish there were more of them. amc 30 needs one!!! like the ward parkway recliners the best. the town center ones are fine except the head rest is just a bit to firm and i wish it went back just a little more because right now my head and neck are pushed forward a bit making head neck uncomfortable in what are mostly very comfty seats. i see lots of spots on the screen material even in the renovated amcs and you can see them during bright parts of the movie. quality control! prices are way to high now to have any issues. dont mind upcharge for prime but it just went up and its now too high please keep down the inflation of tickets prices. i can easily start going to cinemark for 4.50/6.50 movies at any time. the bathrooms arent properly cleaned. grime around the edges of the room everytime its gross. lots of work to do but still a nice experience in the renovated/new theaters

Too expensive- and while the seats are very comfortable, I don't like the tiny theaters with assigned seats- I'd rather be in a big crowded theater. The small theaters feel more like a living room. I didn't pay 12 bucks for a matinee to be assigned a seat in a tiny theatre that reminds me of home.
