The waiting in line to purchase tickets in 97 degree heat was awful! Oy one guy working ticket dispenser & it wasn't working correctly. Went in to tell manager but he gift do anything to help the situation! Other employees were standing around doing nothing! They need more than one person working customer service dispensing tickets! That was cruelly ridiculous!

the only complaint is the concession stand only had 2 lines open so it went pretty slow.

We saw an IMAX movie. It was awesome. The staff was as usual very nice, friendly and helpful.

Had a great time and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the sound was too low.
