Housekeeping VERY loud when outside the door. Very disrespectful to guests that are trying to rest.

I had to wait a while to check in.

The stay was great - in town for Buckeye football game. However, when I thought I left my diamond earrings in our room after we had left, I called the hotel immediately and the front desk associate didn't seem too concerned about finding my jewelry. I later found the misplaced item, but I still can't believe the lack of concern by the hotel.
