AMC Plaza Bonita 14

First time I have been to this AMC and it went well. It is a little farther from the house, but the showtime was the best.

The cashiers are not putting in my rewards #

Poor service when it comes to cleaning the room after a movie. I went to the managers desk & told them that a room was dirty. the manager, supervisor, or cast member told me that it hasn't been cleaned yet. I was sitting on a bench across the room & a cast member asked me if I was waiting for a movie? I said yes, #7. he advised me that i could go in now. I haven't gone in already because i don't recall cast members going in the 1st place, to tidy up. I go in & low and behold, it looks the same! I will go back to watch movies at this Location because it's 5 mins away. but I'll always keep in mind that Supervisors & Cast Members don't mind that the rooms are not cleaned after each showing!!

Great place will come again!
