Love all the animals for viewing

ready for all the renovations to be completed

Many of the attractions were closed. Zoo was hot, no shade along at near exhibit. Animals cannot be seen from viewing areas. Zoo looked like it was once a beautiful attraction but needs to be cleaned and updated. Pretty disappointed that it need so much work for the price of entry. Worth about $10 or less.

A lot of empty areas, possibly because of winter, elephant pen not done.

Attempted to plan a group trip to the zoo. Made a phone call to inquire about the details, and the staff person was friendly. Called back to make reservation, and the staff member was clueless. Decided to visit anyway only to find out the ropes course was closed. Very disappointed.
