My flight was cancelled to San Diego so I flew to OC and rented a car to drive to SD. While the woman was very nice at the car rental place, the car was horribly dirty. It was pouring rain, the lights weren't on in the car so I couldn't see anything. Nobody walked me out to the car or swung it around under the awning. Inside, the car was filled with dog hair, there was old spilled coffee in the cup holders. The dash board was sticky, it was absolutely disgusting!!

The airport is too busy for the rental car congestion there.
