The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing.

The people at the counter are always very nice. The massages have always been excellent. This time, the facial I received was excellent.

This was my first massage at Hand and Stone. Everyone was very informative and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I brought my daughter to have a massage as well and we both enjoyed our experience.

My massage therapist is highly knowledgeable. She helped me with my specific needs. Finally, my therapist was very caring.

I couldn't get in to see my regular therapist as this was a spur of the moment appt. I'm so glad this happened as I have now found my new lifelong therapist...Kellie. She was amazing, knowledgeable and really gave me the service that I needed. I wanted to hate her during the massage as she was doing exactly what she should have been doing and it was relatively uncomfortable but that is what I expected and needed and she did not disappoint. After the massage...I loved her! I will recommend her to all my athlete friends!

great service, therapist and clean working area

The office staff members are always kind, courteous, friendly, prompt, and professional, and the waiting room is always very nice with flavored water. The restrooms are also well kept. Kelly worked hard to give a fantastic massage with pressure that was just right even though it was at the end of the day. Kelly is a kind person and is very skillful at creating a wonderful and relaxing experience, tending to the areas that needed attention. She even noticed my neck looked uncomfortable and angled the head cradle which made a big difference.
