Austin is a very knowledgeable and effective sports massage therapist. He’s helped me realign my back equally and has relieves my aches and pains while training for competitions. He makes me feel comfortable and respected as well.

I have been coming in monthly since the summer for a massage. The staff is always friendly and Austin is always attentive to my massage needs. He has recommendations about stretches to do and other information.

My first time at Hand & Stone. My first time getting a facial, I loved it. I didn’t realize facials were a hour long! I struggle with hormonal acne along my jawline and they were extremely diminished the next day. My face loved it. Very relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Nina was very friendly, good at her job, and informative. I’ve gotten massages before and this by far was the best one I’ve ever gotten. My massage therapist even stretched me and told me stretches to do every night to help my lower back pain. She was great! Everything was perfect.

I have been going to the same therapist for about a year. She is amazing and really helped me to relax and work out the problem areas I have ever time I go. Just overall very happy with the service.
